Scott having joined Hands On Hands Rehabilitation Center in 2007, has not only grown with the practice but in 2024 he has expanded his ownership from not only our Laguna Hills clinic but now including our Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach and Los Alamitos. The timing is perfect as Janet retires to keep the business in the family and allowing our excellent quality of care to continue without interruption. We are excited about this growth and change allowing his incredible skills as a Certified Hand Therapist to be available in all 4 locations. Scott has had quite a year in 2023, He got Married, is expecting a new baby boy in early 2024. He graduated in 2000 at New York Institute of Technology receiving his Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. He practiced in New York at Hand and Upper Extremity Rehab. and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2006 after completing an extensive amount of hands-on experience and educational training. Scott loves to travel, enjoys skiing and fishing. We are truly blessed to have him as our new owner, and manager.

Janet has a new role at Hands On Hands Rehab Center. She has stepped down from the owner and now is a consultant and an assistant for Scott as he transitions to the ownership from one clinic in Laguna Hills to now all 4 clinics in Laguna Hills, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach and Los Alamitos. She is the original founder of the private practice which opened in 1981 and celebrated almost 43 years in private practice. Time has come for her to adventure into the next season of her life but not without passing the Paton to Scott and providing the smoothest transition with the highest level of continued care for our patients. You might still be able to see her in Costa Mesa when she is not filming as an extra in her favorite T.V. series The Chosen. Check out seasons 3 in the feeding of the 5,000, Season 4 (not sure if she's on the cutting floor?) and Season 5 Holy Week, to see if you can find her. Meredith has over 37 years experience working in hand therapy. She graduated from USC in 1984 and went on to become a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991. She joined HOH in 2008 and is treating at our Laguna Hills office as our supervising therapist. Meredith is an exceptional hand therapist and a great addition to our group. She is the proud mother to twin adult girls and with multiple grandchildren. Overjoyed and blessed does not describe her love in the role as grandma. Her hobbies include being a grandma, rubber stamping, walking, theater, musical instruments, and reflexology.

Claire joined Hands on Hands in February 2025. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Claire was born and raised in Southern California, and loves going to the beach. In her free time, she also enjoys rooting for the Dodgers, going for a run, playing volleyball, and trying new restaurants. After spending a few years in the Midwest, Claire is so happy to be back home working in her dream career as a hand therapist.

Jay graduated in 1992 from Mount Saint Mary's college with a license as a Certified Occupational Therapist.
Jay has worked as a COTA for 33 years in various areas practice with the last 23 Years being in Hand Therapy. He has been with HOH for 17 years now and enjoy working with thier patients. When not working with patients at HOH, he enjoys hiking, fishing and camping. Last year he also started a new chapter in my career as a Part time Professor at Platt Colleges OTA Program for future Therapy Assistants. Teaching Anatomy, Kinesiology and Hand Therapy.
Carlo graduated from Stanbridge University in 2025 and joined Hands on Hands in October of 2025. Carlo was born in Saipan and has been living in Southern California since 2007. He enjoys spending time with his new fiancé, playing video games and pickleball, and watching anime. Carlo is working towards getting his certification as an official Hand Therapist.

Maily graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University Fullerton with a B.S in Kinesiology with a concentration in Clinical Movement Science. She recently graduated from West Coast University with her Master degree in Occupational Therapy and is working towards her goal of becoming a Certified Hand Therapist. Maily Joined Hands on Hands in May 2025 and we are lucky to have her. In her free time she enjoys working out, trying new foods, watching movies, traveling and spending time with her cat Mila.

Nick was raised in Norwalk, California. Graduated with B.S in Kinesiology from Cal St LA in 2019. Graduated with Masters from University of St Augustine in April 2023. Worked as a hand therapist since August 2023 and joined Hands on Hands Rehab in September 2025. Goal is to become a CHT. Hobbies include watching football, baseball, basketball, and soccer. Root for Dodgers, Lakers, Penn State and Chelsea. Also enjoy trying new restaurants, going to the gym, traveling to new countries and trying to visit every baseball stadium.

Ana joined us in 2017. After we tried for a few years to get Ana to join HOH, our worlds finally united. Ana received her MA in Medical Assistant from Ritchey Center R.O.P. in 2007. She comes with a great deal of experience working in both the front and back offices. In June of 2024, Ana became the office manager for all four offices. Ana is married and has two children. She enjoys drawing in her free time as well as shopping, walking and just enjoying the outdoors and breathing in the fresh air. We couldn't be happier to have Ana as a part of our family.

Loida joined Hands On Hands family in April of 2024. She is in our Huntington Beach front office. She has been in the Medical front office services since 2004. She is fluent fluent Spanish and is a great addition for our Huntington Beach Office. She has a pleasant and friendly nature about her that is helpful for those with challenging insurance concerns.

Cherry is a HIPAA-certified Virtual Assistant from the Philippines who has been working remotely with U.S.-based clinics for 4 years. With her strong background in the medical industry, she provides reliable support in patient care, data management, and daily clinic operations, always ensuring confidentiality and compassion. Cherry joined the Hands on Hands Family in March 2025. She is a proud wife and mother of three beautiful children, Cherry is guided by her Christian faith to serve with kindness and integrity. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, which reflects her positive and joyful spirit.
Emely enjoys working with people and started working at Hands on Hands Rehab back in August of 2025. She has her Medical Assistance certification that she received back in 2024. She works at the Laguna Hills clinic and we are lucky to have her as part of our team. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and trying out new restaurants.
